RETURNS

A 7 day full return policy is in effect with the delivery of your new product. If you decide that you want a full return on your new unused product, there will be a 25% of total invoice restocking fee deducted with no reimbursements on shipping.

The product must be sent back (at your expense) to Durham Metal Detectors in factory new condition for inspection. It must be in the original box, the warranty card must be un-completed/blank and all instructional manuals and or videos included.

Units that have the warranty card completed or have parts, instructional manuals, videos, accessories or other packing materials broken or missing or have been used in the field are not eligible for return or refund.

Durham Metal Detectors must be notified in advance by phone or email before any returns can take effect and any credits given.

NO RETURNS ON:

All sales are considered final on any used item & all items other than Metal Detecting units.

REPAIRS/SERVICE

As Durham Metal Detectors is not a repair or service facility, units or parts that become defective or need service after field use, MUST be returned to the manufacturers designated repair facility for all repairs and service under the terms of the manufacturers warranty agreement.
